If there is a quality issue with your candle(s) or personal care item please contact us at 859-360-8225 or email us at celestialscentscandles@gmail.com. We will exchange the item(s) in its original condition within 10 days of purchase along with a copy of the original invoice. You may exchange your item(s) by shipping back to Celestial Scents Candles or bring to our store location.

Celestial Scents Candles are hand-crafted in Cold Spring, KY. Our candles are 100% soy wax and non-toxic natural cotton wicks. The fragrance oils used are also non-toxic and are certified "clean scents" so you can enjoy your candle without worrying about harmful chemicals.

Trim your wick to 1/4" prior to each time you re-light your candle
Never allow your candle to burn while it is unattended
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time
During your first burn, please allow the flame to remain lit until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container before you extinguish the flame. This prevents tunneling.
