Your satisfaction is very important to us at Celestial Scents Candles! If there is a quality issue with your candle(s) or personal care item please contact us at 859-360-8225 or email us at celestialscentscandles@gmail.com. We will exchange the item(s) in its original condition within 10 days of purchase along with a copy of the original invoice. You may exchange your item(s) by shipping back to Celestial Scents Candles at your cost or bring to our store location at Newport on the Levee.

Your original payment method will be charged, or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
